- Public Benefit
- Conservation Mission
Primary goals:
- Ensuring that future conservation planning in the Commonwealth is "climate-smart".
- Progress:
We have made great project toward our goal and state agencies are now working closely with us to incorporate climate change into their future conservation planning. By the fall of 2009 we will be be releasing a major public report(s) on the results of the project.

- Conservation Plan
- State Wildlife Action Plan

Outcomes
Is the success of this project's actions being monitored? No/Unknown
What lessons have been learned and/or what suggestions do you have for similar activities?
When working to modify state adaptation planning strategies and tactic s it is essential that state personnel be tightly involved in the process right from project planning state through to completion. Theses must be truly collaborative efforts if implementation of climate-smart solutions is the ultimate goal of the project
