Project Summary
American Bird Conservancy and its primary partners, American Forest Foundation and Forest Restoration Partnership, completed numerous project activities for the conservation of cavity-nesting birds in ponderosa pine forests, in particular habitat management (e.g., snag creation, snag retention, thinning, invasives control, etc. at six private land sites in Oregon, Washington, and Idaho with over 8,000 acres of pondoerosa pine forest.
